The counselling session aims to:
- Increase awareness about common mental health issues, including stress, anxiety, and depression.
- Provide students with effective coping strategies to manage stress.
- Encourage help-seeking behavior and reduce stigma around mental health.
- Equip students with tools to build resilience, emotional intelligence, and self-care practices.
- Promote healthy study habits and ways to manage academic pressure.
